Refund policy

If returning an item is necessary, online purchases can only be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. After that 14 day period, returns cannot be placed. We DO NOT issue refunds, we issue STORE CREDIT in the form of an online gift card code that will be sent to the email used in the initial order. The code does not expire. The CUSTOMER is responsible for return costs and the shipping fee will be taken out of their store credit ($6 to $8 depending on the size of the return.) We will provide you with the return label via email.

In order for your items to be accepted for returns, each item needs to be in perfect condition. Tags need to be attached to the item! Makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, hair, and other damages are NOT acceptable for returns. 

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. Our inventory moves fast and certain items are not restocked.

To return an item(s):

1. Make sure tags are on the items and are without any of the conditions listed above.

2. If still intact, you can use the mailer from us. If the mailer is broken or ripped in any spots besides the opening, please use another mailer. Put the item in the mailer with the packing slip given to you in the initial order. This has your order number and information needed to process the return.

3. Print out the return shipping label sent to your email and attach it to the outside of the package.

4. Allow us 5-7 business days to receive your return and process it. Your online gift card will be sent to the email on the packing slip after the return is processed.

Damaged items need to be notified to us via email (raleighrayesboutique22@gmail.com) within 2 days of receiving your order. Include pictures of the damages in the email.
