FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75 AND OVER! Our flat rate shipping on orders below $50 is $8. 

We ship all orders through USPS. Shipping time is around 4-5 business days.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at raleighrayesboutique22@gmail.com so that we can file an investigation for the package. USPS mail has to be in transit for 15 days until we can file a claim for your lost package. Once the issue is resolved we will email you with an update. If the package is indeed lost, we will reship your items and if they aren't available we will refund you via online gift card.

We are NOT responsible for stolen packages or any delays by USPS. If your package is marked delivered and you do not have it, we CANNOT issue you a refund. You will have to contact USPS yourself.
